The Obstacle In Our Path

The Obstacle In Our Path

In old times, one King had a boulder(a kind of big stone) placed on a roadway. then hide himself and watched to see if anyone would move the boulder out of the way. Some of the king’s wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it.

Many people loudly blamed the King for not keeping the roads clear, but none of them did anything about getting the stone out of the way.

A farmer then came along carrying a load of vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to push the stone out of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded.

After the farmer went back to pick up his vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the King explaining that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway.

Moral of the story: Every obstacle we come across in life gives us an opportunity to improve our circumstances, and whilst the lazy complain, the others are creating opportunities through their kind hearts, generosity, and willingness to get things done.

A Cocoon Of A Butterfly

A Cocoon Of A Butterfly

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared; he sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could go no farther.

Then the man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.

The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.

Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were nature's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If nature allowed us to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as what we could have been.

And we could never fly...

Moral of the story: Moral of the story: Our struggles in life help to develop our strengths. Without struggles, we never grow and get stronger, so it’s important for us to tackle challenges on our own, and not rely on help from others all the time.

A group of frogs

A group of frogs were traveling through the forest when two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that there was no hope left for them.

However, the two frogs ignored their comrades and proceeded to try to jump out of the pit. However, despite their efforts, the group of frogs at the top of the pit were still saying that they should just give up as they’d never make it out.

Eventually, one of the frogs took heed of what the others were saying and he gave up, jumping even deeper to his death. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again, the group of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and to just die.

He ignored them, and jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?”

The frog explained to them that he was deaf, and that he thought they were encouraging him the entire time.

Moral of the story: People’s words can have a huge effect on the lives of others. Therefore, you should think about what you’re going to say before it comes out of your mouth – it might just be the difference between life and death

Abdul Kalam Sir

Abdul Kalam Sir

Abdul Kalam belonged to a poor family, he started working to support his father at a very young age of only 8 years old. Soon after the aforementioned mathematics classes were over, Kalam along with his cousin Samsuddin started distributing newspapers, all around the town.

While the mathematics  classes lasted for around one hour, ending around 5 am; Kalam would also have to be ready for the Koran classes in a nearby Arabic School. And post these Koran classes, Kalam would have to next reach the railway station that existed between the tracks of Rameswaram and Dhanushkodi. Again when it was after school and during the evening, Kalam had to again go for rounds to collect the dues from their newspaper customers. And all this while, Kalam had to maintain his other duties as well including his homework and prayers. This schedule actually went on for many years. And amidst these struggles, Kalam managed his school, his prayers and what not.

However it’s not that soon after he grew up his struggles came to an end. Soon after he grew up and soon when he started attending one step of success after the other, Kalam often faced many other failures and most importantly challenges.

At MIT Madras Institute of Technology, Kalam perfectly understood the importance and the value of time. He once recalled one such incident when he was busy leading a certain project on system design and suddenly one day the principal showed himself up because he wanted to check Kalam’s work. Checking it, it seemed that the latter was quite dissatisfied, following which he told Kalam that his scholarship would be taken away if he was unable to submit the respective project within two days. Now this was actually no less than a real challenge not just because he might lose his scholarship but also because losing it would mean all his father’s struggles shall be failed. Kalam soon started working without either food or sleep and he was actually successful. The principal later checking the work was seriously quite a lot impressed.

Yet another failure which was actually quite a big one was that of SLV-3, that was Kalam’s first major project. Adding to this situation, Jalaludin, the childhood mentor of Kalam passed away. However these two incidents didn’t stop Kalam, following which he worked harder for the same project but for a second time. On this issue, Kalam said, “I knew that for success, we have to work hard and persevere.” Following this, Kalam again launched the SLV-3 and this time it surely met with success.

Soon after this first major project and of course, one of the most important successes, Kalam started climbing the ladder of achievement. Soon his missiles Prithvi, Agni, Nag and Trishul turned out to be dramatically successful. Likewise he achieved another milestone in his life when his Rohini-1 had been launched in space. And soon witnessing his constant struggle to attain success in every step, Kalam was made the President of India, for the tenure between 2002 to 2007.

Along with being a president and of course India’s bachelor “missile man”, Kalam also penned his thoughts and became an inspirational author with books like “Ignited Minds,” “ Inspiring Thoughts,” “Luminous Sparks” and of course the much acclaimed “India 2020.”

However this inspiring man and winner of multiple awards including Padma Bhushan and Bharat Ratna awards, breathed his last while delivering a lecture at Shillong Indian Institute of Management on 27th July, 2015, passing down inspiration to millions and millions of people.

Failure Overcome: Amitabh Bachchan

Failure Overcome: Amitabh Bachchan

Every success story has its uniqueness, rarely you will get the way or find your path in success stories, but for sure, you will be encouraged and inspired a lot by seeing others who was one of you and now ranking on the top positions.

Amitabh Bachchan’s story from being Zero to Hero is not only inspiring Bollywood industry aspirants but also a positive vibration for fighting against rough trots.

There is the combination of almost all big experiences in one personality and that is – Amitabh Bachchan. His life successful life is all about troughs and crests.

He faced near death experience, bankruptcy, career struggle, rejection, and over flooded emotional stress at various stages of life. After being life-threatening injuries in one of his movie, and being bankruptcy after several years of slump and consecutive box office failure, he gave a thought to leave the film industry.

He falls again and again and rises up with the extra spirit. But the undying determination or believe in self, let him move ahead.

Rejected, Rejected and Rejected!!

Amitabh was rejected due to his voice and height. His baritone voice, striking face and commanding height make him rejected in All India Radio Station and earlier auditions.

Once not having a ‘camera conductive face’ is now the face of million aspirations. Impeccable dialogue delivery has now acquired iconic status.

Once not having a ‘camera conductive face’ is now the face of million aspirations. Impeccable dialogue delivery has now acquired iconic status.

What did he do differently?

Is there any way, we stay inspired after coping with several rejections? We all face failure, we feel rejected at least once in life. The Big B endure his rejection, he falls, and the next moment he got up. Turn his rejection into an extra motivation!

If we dwell in the past, we caught in the cycle of cribbing and being sad. The best lesson to take from Amitabh is constant practice and fight struggle without being sad.

What can we extract from his life?

We all are grown up hearing, perseverance is the key to success, and the real example to retain perseverance is Amitabh Bachchan. Our weakest point can be our greatest forte. Once rejected for raucous voice, and gangly physic, later renowned for the same. If we try, we can make our weakest point, the strongest one.

Even in the toughest days of his life, he could abnegate, but he didn’t. Losing hope and being impatient are the main cause of failure in today’s generation. The biggest success is the results of toughest exams. Quite strange but true, we don’t want to appear in exams yet we want to top.

He mentioned, “Bad times either destroy you or make you stronger enough to be who you actually are”. Don’t think about the dark night as every night fade off with a new dawn.

Not only accept the failure but also take it as a challenge! Even some traditional philosophies are good to make you self-satisfy in the case of worst days “everything happens for the good”.

Even after being successful, maintaining success is more difficult. Some lose it in arrogance and other because of laziness. Amitabh is an inspiration for all generation because he made the balance among all phases of life even after falling many times.

it’s time to get inspired and start building your own success story. Remember, you have the same power to be the next Amitabh Bachchan.

Thomas Alva Edison (February 11, 1847 to October 18, 1931) was an American inventor who is considered one of America's leading businessmen. HOW TO REACH SUCCESS

HOW  TO REACH SUCCESS

When people talk about success they have their different perspective towards it.

Firstly I want to start my blog saying a quote I learned from my life "Let it be failure or any regret feeling don't feel afraid to confront it, just embrace it accept it as its one of your body part because every failure is a lesson to you"

And as one of my mentor once told me that nothing is wrong if you giving your opinion and if you feel it true. So, I would like to ask a question to the people who have interest on my blog they please reply in comment so we know that what is public opinion.

My question is what is success?

As everyone in this world is having their own opinions about Success, If you were to ask my cat of What is success? she'd say it involves finding a way to catch, immobilize and destroy her own tail. See it alters from one to another.

The success means having a career that revolves around your real life and to know who you are truly and what is happening around you and making the world around you believe in you.

The first step in achieving success is often deciding what it means to you.
An element which helps to us on success path is Planning, Limited options, Never give up, Motivation.

  • Planning is the blueprint of your success how you we get your success so it’s a very important element how and which point of time you will measure your success what is your strength and weakness and how to overcome on that what you should have to improve in yourself.

  • LIMITED OPTION: When we start making boundary like  how we  measure to success then its necessary that we will make our goals or we can divide our success into the parts so it will goes for the success for example same time  we can’t say we want become doctor and lawyer same time so your goal should be one do not add multiple goals.

  • NEVER GIVE UP!

Here I want to add a quote “failure is the first step of success”

So if you are learning something so it confirms that you are making some mistake and you should never sleep until you find and correct it. So, you should use your time in building yourself rather than feeling sad and depressed and hopeless, Find the hope inside you, find the hope in the air, lead yourself towards the light.

You should in every moment of life motivate yourself and bounce back from failure's and regrets like the ball you hit towards the wall, the more the force you get hit the more with force you should bounce back.
